In this method, the incision is made just above and tangential to the eyebrows. The results of this method are suitable for raising eyebrows and the length of surgery and recovery time after surgery is much shorter than other methods. In the direct method, there is a possibility of a specific scar on the face, although the majority of patients selected for the direct method are middle-aged or elderly men, and this amount of scar is usually tolerable for them. This method is also suitable for patients who want to perform simpler surgery with minimal manipulation for medical reasons.
